Complimentary Consultation
Every journey begins with a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, interests, travel style, timing, and budget to determine whether we’re the right fit to bring your travel plans to life.
Getting Started
If you'd like to move forward, we'll ask you to review and sign our Terms & Conditions. We'll then collect a non-refundable trip planning fee before we begin designing your itinerary. Our fees start at $350 for itineraries up to 15 days, with longer or more complex trips priced based on the scope of work involved. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and personalized attention that go into crafting a journey exclusively for you.
Personalized Trip Design
Next, we’ll begin designing your itinerary from scratch. Every recommendation will be thoughtfully selected to reflect your preferences, travel style, and interests.
Refine Until You Love It
You'll review your itinerary and we'll refine it together until every detail feels just right.
Booking & Travel Preparation
Once you approve your itinerary, we’ll coordinate all reservations, manage payments, and provide detailed electronic travel documents so you can simply look forward to your adventure.

What We Ask From You

Review itinerary proposals and respond promptly, as pricing and availability can change.

Provide accurate traveler details exactly as they appear on each passport.

If traveling with family or friends, designate one person to provide consolidated feedback for the group.

Submit payments by the required due dates to keep reservations secure.
Travel Investment Guidance
As a general planning guideline, our clients typically invest around $10,000 per week for two travelers, excluding international airfare. This is simply an average and serves as a helpful reference rather than a fixed expectation.
Some destinations, such as Southeast Asia, can often be enjoyed for less, while others, including Italy during peak season, luxury African safaris, Antarctica, or remote expedition destinations, may require a significantly higher investment.
